Terms of Service
Terms of Service
LAST UPDATED — AUGUST 2026
These terms govern your use of the Insider MEV Bot software, the insidermev.com website, and the @MevInsiderBot Telegram interface (together, the Service). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What the Service is
Insider is non-custodial trading software. It scans public blockchain data and pending transactions, simulates opportunities, and submits transactions you have configured through private relays. It is an interface and automation tool — not an exchange, broker, custodian, or investment adviser.
Non-custodial by design
Private keys are generated client-side or imported by you. The Service signs the transactions you configure; it never takes possession of your funds and cannot move them outside the strategies and limits you set. You alone are responsible for safeguarding your keys and recovery material. Lost keys cannot be recovered by us.
Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and must not be barred from using cryptocurrency trading software under the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for ensuring the Service is lawful where you use it. The Service is not offered to persons in jurisdictions where automated on-chain trading is prohibited.
Fees
Using the Service is free: wallet creation, deployment, and monitoring cost nothing. A flat 5% performance fee applies to realized profit only. There are no fees on deposits, withdrawals, or losing trades. Network (gas) fees are set by the underlying blockchains and are always yours.
No financial advice, no guarantee
Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Displayed statistics are aggregates or illustrative telemetry, not a promise of future results. Trading crypto assets is speculative; you can lose the funds you commit. See the Risk Disclosure for details.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to break the law, to attack or defraud other users or protocols, to launder funds, or to interfere with the Service itself. We may suspend the interface for wallets we reasonably believe are engaged in unlawful activity — your keys and funds remain yours regardless, because we never hold them.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Blockchains, relays, and RPC providers are third-party infrastructure that can fail, reorganize, or censor. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the performance fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the LAST UPDATED date above changes when we do, and continued use after a change is acceptance. Questions go to the support channel linked below.
