Insider guarantees the mechanism. Every MEV bundle is atomic: it clears a profit or it reverts on-chain — the revert is enforced by the chain itself, not by a promise. Bundles route through private relays instead of the public mempool, and your keys are generated on your side and never leave it. These protections are structural — they apply to every bundle the engine builds.

The atomic guarantee covers individual bundles, not the market itself. Opportunity flow varies with market conditions, reverted bundles can still consume network gas on some chains, and past engine performance does not guarantee future results. Only commit capital you are comfortable trading with.

Relays, RPC providers, and block builders are third parties. They can be congested, censor transactions, reorder blocks, or fail outright. Chain halts and reorganizations happen. Opportunities that simulate as profitable can vanish before inclusion.

Tokens and pools the engine interacts with are third-party code. The risk engine screens for known honeypot patterns and front-runs cluster exits it can see coming, but neither is perfect: a dump can originate off-mempool or in the same block the engine reads, and malicious contracts, fee-on-transfer surprises, and frozen liquidity remain possible.

Insider is software, and software has bugs. Simulation is an approximation of the chain, not a guarantee of it. Deposit only what you are prepared to put at risk, so any single failure stays bounded.

The legal treatment of automated on-chain trading differs by jurisdiction and changes over time. You are responsible for knowing and following the rules that apply to you, including tax obligations on realized gains.

Statistics shown on the site describe the engine's scanning activity since launch — how much of the mempool it has indexed and bundled. They are a live measure of what the engine does, not a forecast of your individual results.
